I saw this on someone elses blog and had to share it over here. It actually made me tear up! I've been wanting Ruby start memorizing scripture, but this has really encouraged me even more that it isn't too early to start.

At grandma Janice's funeral....Grant had just finished memorizing Psalm 23 for Sunday School....so he got up front and said it. (perfectly I might add) It was very meaningful for the adults and we received quite a few comments...He now does not remember doing it. However, he does remember the Psalm. Its never too early to start.

It isn't too early to learn Bible verses. Ruby is about Cubbies age now and will surprise you with what she can remember. When Declyn started Cubbies, the verses just poured out of him at home...he was a bit shyer with Juanita on club nights though! haha
